Skunky
Acrid skunky/ hashy in smell or taste.
The strongest unpleasant aroma of cannabis: the “skunk” smell, is likely due to the metabolic product of a precursor to acetyl coenzyme A. This precursor fragment is extremely pungent, reminiscent of sewer gas. To the best of my knowledge, no one has found the actual thiols associated with skunk spray on cannabis.
